The only eligibility requirement for the MOMS Club of Parkton is that you must reside in the Hereford Zone. This means your home is zoned for one of the Hereford Zone Elementary schools: Prettyboy Elementary, Fifth District Elementary, Seventh District Elementary, and Sparks Elementary.

To join, please complete this form and pay the $25 annual membership dues. Instructions for paying dues is in the form.

All members must read and sign our Membership Information, Liability Release, Code of Conduct, Playgroup Guidelines, and Illness Policy in order to participate with club activities. Please keep a copy for your records.

Your contact information will be included in the membership roster that is available only to members upon request. Let us know if you would like to keep any information private.
